Sitting between traditional coordination and full service planning, this experience offers a more hands-on approach to ensure every detail feels organized, cohesive, and intentionally executed. We provide bi-monthly planning meetings, timeline development, vendor communication, logistics management, and one complimentary rental showroom appointment to help refine your final selections and overall aesthetic. As your wedding day approaches, we step in to manage the moving pieces, coordinate your rehearsal, and oversee the full wedding day experience so you can remain fully present. Our role is to bridge the gap between planning and execution, offering expert guidance and calm leadership while bringing your vision to life seamlessly.

Event Management

Our Event Management service is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but want additional professional support, guidance, and oversight leading into the big day. 

This experience focuses on the visual storytelling of your wedding day through intentional design direction, curated details, and refined styling selections. The add-on includes a dedicated design meeting, custom design deck development with up to two revisions, and one complimentary rental showroom appointment to help bring your vision to life with confidence and clarity. From color palettes and tabletop styling to layout recommendations and overall event ambiance, we help ensure every visual element works together seamlessly. Our role is to transform your ideas into a thoughtfully curated design experience that feels timeless, immersive, and unapologetically you.

Design Development

Our Design Add-On is perfect for couples who have secured their planning support but want additional guidance creating a wedding aesthetic that feels cohesive, elevated, and uniquely personal. 

Beginning 90 days before the wedding, this package includes four key touchpoints designed to provide guidance, organization, and confident execution throughout the final stages of planning. Your first planning meeting serves as a strategy session where you’ll leave with a customized wedding planning timeline, a detailed wedding day timeline, and a preferred vendor list to help support your remaining decisions. From there, we guide you through your final walkthrough, coordinate your rehearsal, and oversee the full wedding day to ensure every detail is executed smoothly and intentionally. Our role is to step in during the final stages, manage the logistics behind the scenes, and allow you, your family, and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration.

Coordination

Micah is an absolute rockstar!

 We thought she was impressive throughout the wedding planning process, but when the forecast changed last minute, and we learned that even our backup plan wasn't going to work (no, we did not plan for snow in May!), she REALLY wow'ed us. In under 36 hours, she & her team pivoted incredibly - helping us secure a new venue (this time indoors, lol), and transitioned all of our vendors to the new space seamlessly.
